Known bugs: General: You're right: The manual deserves a thorough rewriting. Example (A.Rosca) in Sec.6.1: The madgraph option '2' is no longer supported, and the more explicit replacement option 'n:QCD<=2' means not quite the same thing, therefore the result (6.1.5) for this process is different. There may be problems on systems other than Linux and DEC/Compaq/HP Alpha Some Fortran 90 compilers are (still!) buggy and fail to compile WHIZARD. Matrix element generators currently supported: The included CompHEP version has no polarization. Color information is not transferred to fragmentation in all cases. The included version of Madgraph has no triple and quartic Higgs couplings. There may be problems when the number of diagrams, wave functions or some other counter becomes too large. The colored O'Mega version is an intermediate hack and will be replaced by a more complete one. But it should work. Structure functions: CIRCE and EPA photon spectra are unpolarized Specific bugs: O'Mega flavor sum may break final-state symmetry, e.g. plotting rapidity of first quark (not really a bug, but confusing)
